Vicki (Noni) and I took Adelle to the art show at Queeny Park a couple weeks ago. Adelle was showing off her acrobatic skills while in her stroller. It was hilarious! Everyone else thought so too!

Photo shoot gone bad...

This is my attempt at trying to get a picture of Adelle, Daisy, and MoJo. Yeah right!!! All MoJo wanted to do was lick Adelle (what's new?). Daisy just wanted to pose and be a good girl. And, Adelle...well, she just wanted MoJo to stop licking her. It was a riot!

Easter Sunday

Colton doesn't know what to think of Adelle. Adelle was beating up on poor Colton on Easter. I think he might be a little frightened of her! During the course of the day, Adelle managed to head butt Colton with her forehead right into his cheek bone. (That was totally my fault)! :( Adelle lost her balance and "sprung" forward into Colton. It didn't phase her a bit. But, dang, poor Colton was UPSET. I felt so bad for him. Adelle also "slapped" Colton in the face while we were trying to get a picture of the two of them. We later discovered that Colton got his first tooth!! That was exciting! Here are a few pics from the day.

Sneak peak - 6 month photos

Well, today Adelle had her 6 month checkup with Dr. Graham (who we totally love). Adelle is weighing in at 18 lbs 5.5 oz (80th percentile) and 29 inches long (>97th percentile)!!!!! She is a monster! Dr. Graham said she was simply "perfect." We already knew that though! Adelle is 1 pound away from a big girl car seat. I think I'm in denial about that. It's just amazing how fast the time goes after a child comes into the picture. As you will see in the photos below, Adelle is sitting up now all by herself. I swear this happened overnight. She is eating baby food now too. Well, actually she is little miss picky eater. The next couple of months ought to be interesting. Oh well, it's clear from her recent stats that she is not missing a meal. That's for sure.
Here is a sneak peak at Adelle's 6 month photo shoot last Sunday! She was just as sweet as could be! My very good friend from high school, Annette, took these photos for us. She did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier!
