Adelle snoring

As I am sitting here on the computer, Adelle has fallen asleep in my lap. This has NEVER happened!! As a matter of fact, Adelle is a stinker when it comes to napping. Carol can attest to this too, I'm sure. Anyway, not only did she fall asleep in my lap...she is also snoring! That's a first too! I just so happen to have the video camera with me. Check this out! Warning, I'm holding her and video taping. So, this may look a little funny ;)

Adelle is 4 months old!

It's hard to believe that Adelle is already 4 months old. It's crazy how time flies. Well, the last couple of weeks have been sort of rough. Adelle is getting over pneumonia! Poor little thing has been feeling yucky for almost 2 weeks now. But, she is much better. I am ready to get a good night's rest. She hasn't been sleeping very well for the last 3 weeks, mainly because she has trouble breathing through her nose and she's coughing a bit. But, like I said, she's much better. Here are a few pics from the last couple of weeks.

No, I didn't forget about my blog...

Well, it's been over a month since my last post!! Time just got the best of me. So much has happened since my last update. I wouldn't even begin to know where to start. So, I just start off with the New Year. I went back to work last week on January 5th. It was a very tough week to say the least. I missed my little Adelle so much! Thank God we are busy at work right now because I wonder if I would have made it if the days went by slow. I am fortunate to be able to work 3 days a week for now until I get into the swing of things. I'm just not willing to give up every weekday with Adelle just yet. I'm not sure I'll ever be ready to do that.

Adelle is 3 1/2 months old already. I can hardly believe it!! Time has flown by. I can't wait for warmer weather and longer daylight!!! She is 13 1/3 pounds now...growing like a weed. She is such a "chatter box" these days, which is so entertaining. Check out this video clip from last week. She was just chatting away. So, I snuck up and shot a video...it was great!
